When can I start my training?We're not structured around terms, so you can jump on board with us at Market Monkey anytime! All you have to do is activate your membership and you'll be able to access the MM training and our Un-boring Resource Library, as well as weekly emails to your inbox with the latest stock market news and updates.

What is Mock Trading?Mock Trading (also known as Paper Trading) is where we simulate a real-life investing situation. Think of it like using play money to invest. You get to practice investing and use your knowledge, without any real-life risk. This is very important as we don't want you to invest real money (which is also part of our Terms and Conditions on Sign up) until you have a; Practiced extensively, and b; sought professional advice from a reputable Financial Advisor to make sure you are protecting yourself and meeting your individual and personal circumstances.

When can I access all the resources?Full access to all the resources - including the online training package and access to the community and webinars starts as soon as the purchase is made!

How can I cancel my membership?When you purchase our monthly Market Monkey package, you'll have trial access to our platform for 7 days. After that, you can stick around with us for as long as you like or you can say your goodbyes. There's no lock-in contract.
The course and the mock trading activities are designed to be approximately 10 minutes a day or an 1-hour per week over 12 weeks. You can speed it up or slow it down… it’s up to you!
